Refunds + Returns + Resellers
H.D. Carlton LLC is not responsible for lost, damaged, or stolen items. If an order was fulfilled incorrectly from H.D. Carlton, please email the order number and the problem to: [email protected]. Furthermore, if anyone person(s) is reselling the books, a ban on the account and all future purchases will be in effect until a dispute can be made to prove innocence. This includes refunds and returns on the account. All sales are FINAL .
Third Party Merchandise
All clothing merchandise is handles through a third party provider. If you are ordering merch, it all ships directly from the supplier. H.D. Carlton LLC does not have control over shipping and delivery. If items are out of stock, it will take longer for it to arrive. If you order merch along with books, there will be two different shipping costs as all merch comes directly from the supplier, and all books and swag come from H.D. Carlton LLC.
Printful Return Policy
You will only receive a refund if items are damaged or misprinted. otherwise, they do not accept returns or exchanges. Please make sure you are ordering the correct size and color, these cannot be exchanged or refunded. If damaged or misprinted, please return all product directly to Printful. Do not ship items to H.D. Carlton.
Cancellation Policy
H. D. Carlton LLC reserves the right to refuse sale of products on the website via blacklisting or banning.
Postcards + Book Plates
All postcard and book plate orders that do not contain any books, will be shipped as letters. There is no tracking information, and no determination when they will arrive.
Books + Swag Packs
All books are signed by the author. For personalization, though not guaranteed, please leave a message in the order notes. Every order will be shipped as “Priority Mail”. Prices of Books and Swag include shipping.
